Many states reqiure this test for licensing, but ecah state has its own laws and requireemnts. In the province of British Columbia the TCM pratcitioners and Acupuncturists Bylaws were aprpoved by the provincial govenrment on April 12, 2001. The governign body, College of Traditional Chinsee Medicine Practiitoners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia provides professional licensing.
